Aura- (Ancient Greek) from αήρ (aēr) "air". -gami (Japanese) from -kami "paper". Like Origami, only with words. (no complicated folding required)
I used to read the dictionary; I’d open it, see an interesting word and read. The definition of the word would usually contain another interesting word so I’d look that up too. An hour would pass of looking up word after word without my realizing. Personal computing put an end to that for a while, but I’ve grown sentimental and have recently begun reading the dictionary again. So I’m passing on my found treasures here. Just like in grade school I write out the definition and use the word in a sentence. For a fun twist, I am trying to weave the sentences into a story, one interesting word at a time.
